3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter

1 small (1/2 cup) onion, cut into 1/4-inch rings

1 (16-ounce) package frozen cut green beans, thawed, drained

2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives

1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1 small (1/2 cup) tomato, cubed 1/2-inch

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cover; continue cooking 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisply tender. Stir in tomato. Cover; continue cooking 1 minute.

  2. STEP 2

    Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan until sizzling; add onion. Cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisply tender. Stir in all remaining ingredientsexcepttomato.
