Giant Toffee Pecan Cookies

1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar

2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 (12-ounce) package (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips

3/4 cup chopped pecans

2/3 cup toffee bits

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine butter, brown sugar and sugar in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips, pecans and toffee bits.

  3. STEP 3

    Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls, 2 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 11-16 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let stand 2 minutes on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack.

Tip #1

Cookies will look underbaked in center but will continue to brown while cooling.
