Honey Cornbread Chicken

1 (3 1/2- to 4-pound) frying chicken, cut into 8 pieces, skinned

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

1 1/2 cups dried crumbly-style cornbread stuffing

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Stir together honey and butter in small bowl. Spoon 3 tablespoons butter mixture into shallow bowl. Set aside remaining 2 tablespoons butter mixture.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine cornbread stuffing and seasoned salt in another shallow bowl.

  4. STEP 4

    Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture; roll in stuffing mixture to coat. Place chicken into prepared baking dish; drizzle with reserved butter mixture.

  5. STEP 5

    Bake 50-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F. and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
