Hollandaise Sauce

1/4 cup water

3 large Land O Lakes® Eggs (yolks only)

3/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt, if desired

Pepper, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Place water and egg yolks into 1-quart saucepan; beat with whisk until well mixed. Cook over low heat, whisking constantly, 12-15 minutes or until mixture is thickened.

  2. STEP 2

    Remove from heat; very slowly whisk in melted butter. Stir in lemon juice and seasoning to taste.
