Ingredients

6 (4-inch) jalapeño chile peppers, cut in half lengthwise, seeded

6 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

48 Land O Lakes® Co-Jack® and Pepper Jack Cheese Cubes

12 slices bacon

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat air fryer to 375°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Fill each jalapeño half with 1/2 tablespoon cream cheese. Press 4 cheese cubes into cream cheese. Wrap each with 1 slice bacon, stretching to cover surface; secure bacon with toothpick.

  3. STEP 3

    Working in batches, if necessary, place wrapped jalapeño halves in single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry 7-9 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Repeat until all poppers are cooked. Cool a few minutes before serving warm. Remove toothpicks before serving.

Tip #1

Use 1/2-teaspoon measure to remove seeds from the jalapeños.

Tip #2

Jalapeño peppers vary in size; if yours are larger or smaller than average, adjust number of cheese cubes.
