Ingredients
34 cup sugar
12 cup milk
12 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
2 tablespoons freshly grated orange zest
2 cups Gluten-Free Flour Blend (see below)
1 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
12 teaspoon baking soda
12 teaspoon salt
12 cup chopped walnuts
How to make

Heat oven to 350°F.

Combine sugar, milk, orange juice, egg, butter and orange zest in bowl. Stir until well combined. Add all remaining ingredients except walnuts; stir until just combined. Stir in walnuts. Pour into greased 8x4-inch loaf pan.

Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.

Gluten-Free Flour Blend: Combine 2 cups rice flour, 2/3 cup potato starch, 1/3 cup tapioca flour and 1 teaspoon xanthan gum. Use appropriate amount for recipe; store remainder in container with tight-fitting lid. Stir before using.
