Potato, Green Bean & Tomato Salad

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

12 small (1 1/2 pounds) new red potatoes

3/4 pound fresh green beans, trimmed

2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper

2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard

2 tablespoons balsamic or red wine vinegar

2 tomatoes, sliced into wedges

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine butter and potatoes in purchased (11x9x2-inch) disposable foil pan. Place onto grill. Cover; grill, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    Add beans and garlic to foil pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover; continue grilling, stirring occasionally, 30-35 minutes or until beans are tender. Stir in mustard and vinegar. Serve with tomato wedges.
