Praline Cheesecake Bars

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted

2 tablespoons sugar


1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/4 cup sour cream

1 large Land O Lakes® Egg

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/3 cup caramel dip


1/2 cup caramel dip

1/2 cup chopped pecans

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven 350°F. Line 8- or 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over edges. Butter foil; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine all crust ingredients in bowl; mix well. Press evenly into prepared pan.

  3. STEP 3

    Combine brown sugar, cream cheese and flour in bowl; beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add sour cream, egg and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Add 1/3 cup caramel dip; continue beating until well mixed.

  4. STEP 4

    Spread filling evenly over crust. Bake 40-50 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. (Center will appear slightly soft.) Cool 15 minutes.

  5. STEP 5

    Combine 1/2 cup caramel dip and pecans in bowl; spread over cheesecake. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

  6. STEP 6

    Lift bars from pan, using foil ends. Cut into bars. Store refrigerated.
