Pork Chops with Caramelized Onions & Apples

4 (3/4-inch thick) boneless pork loin chops

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread

1 medium (1 cup) tart apple, unpeeled, cored, thinly sliced

2 medium (2 cups) onions, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Melt Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add pork chops. Cook over medium heat, turning once, 6-8 minutes or until browned. Remove chops to serving platter; keep warm.

  2. STEP 2

    Place apple and onions into same skillet with pan juices. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until onions are caramelized. Stir in garlic; continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until garlic is softened.

  3. STEP 3

    Return pork chops to pan; continue cooking 2-3 minutes or until internal temperature of pork reaches at least 145°F and is no longer pink.
