Sweet 'n Creamy Corn

2 (16-ounce) bags frozen whole kernel corn

1 (8-ounce) package regular or light cream cheese, cubed

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into chunks

2 tablespoons sugar

Chopped fresh parsley, if desired


Land O Lakes® Butter Balls, for topping

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all ingredients except parsley in 4-quart slow cooker.

  2. STEP 2

    Cook, stirring once or twice, on High 2-2 1/2 hours, or on Low 4-5 hours or until flavors are well blended. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.

  3. STEP 3

    Serve hot topped with Butter Balls as desired.

Tip #1

To make on stovetop, combine all ingredients in 4-quart saucepan. Cover; cook over medium-low heat 10 minutes. Stir; continue cooking, covered, 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Reduce heat to low, if mixture begins to boil. Leftover corn reheats well in microwave.
