6 ounces (2 1/2 cups) uncooked dried mafalda or bowtie pasta

1 pound lean ground beef

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

3 cups fresh baby spinach leaves

1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 ounces (1 cup) Land O Lakes® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; set aside.

  2. STEP 2

    Meanwhile, cook ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet, stirring occasionally, 5-8 minutes or until browned. (Do not drain beef.)

  3. STEP 3

    Melt butter in pan used for pasta; stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Add cooked pasta; mix lightly to coat.

  4. STEP 4

    Add spinach, tomatoes and salt to skillet with beef. Cook 2-3 minutes or until spinach is wilted. Add pasta mixture; stir until well mixed and heated through.

  5. STEP 5

    Sprinkle with cheese. Continue cooking, without stirring, 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
