8 slices marble rye or rye bread

4 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard

8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American

20 spinach leaves

8 ounces thinly sliced deli peppered turkey

8 strips roasted red bell pepper

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spread 1 side of 4 bread slices with 1 teaspoon mustard each.

  2. STEP 2

    Layer each with 1 slice cheese, 5 spinach leaves, 1/4 turkey, 2 bell pepper strips, 1 slice cheese and remaining bread slices. Spray sandwiches with no-stick cooking spray.

  3. STEP 3

    Heat 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Place 2 sandwiches into skillet. Cook, turning once, 4-6 minutes or until sandwiches are golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
