Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients
3 cups uncooked dried cavatappi pasta
34 cup mayonnaise
12 cup finely chopped celery
12 cup finely chopped red onion
1 (5-ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained
3 tablespoons lemon juice
12 teaspoon paprika
Salt, if desired
Pepper, if desired
3 ounces (34 cup) Land O Lakes® Sharp Cheddar Farmstyle Cut Shredded Cheese
2 large Land O Lakes® Eggs, hard-cooked, cooled, peeled, chopped
Lettuce leaves, if desired
How to make

STEP 1
Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water. Drain.

Combine cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients except Cheddar cheese and eggs in bowl; mix well. Gently stir in cheese and eggs.

Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.

Serve cold. Place over lettuce leaves, if desired.
