QIt's back-to-school time and I'm getting notes from the school to "pack a healthy snack." I'd like to make treats that not only provide good nutrition for the kids, but will brighten their day as well. Any suggestions?

If you're looking for a way to make kids smile when they open their backpacks, you can't go wrong with these delicious, home-baked treats. They feature mom-favorite ingredients like oatmeal and bananas in simple, irresistible goodies that kids love.

Three-Grain Sunflower Muffins taste terrific and are full of flavor and unsuspected nutrition from oats and sunflower seeds. To satisfy their sweet tooth and power them through the afternoon, send yummy Chocolate Chip Banana Snack Cake or Oatmeal Brown Sugar Cookies. They're also great after school with a tall glass of milk!

Warmest wishes for a successful school year!
