Ingredients
Cookie
3 Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
4 cup3
4 cup granulated sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 teaspoon almond extract1
2 teaspoon salt2 cups all-purpose flour
Frosting
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 teaspoon almond extract1 3
4 cups powdered sugar
Assorted fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwifruit, peaches, mango and raspberries
How to make

STEP 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 14-inch round pizza pan with parchment paper; set aside.

Combine 3/4 cup butter, granulated sugar, egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract and salt in bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Add flour; beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until dough is formed. Press dough evenly into 12-inch circle onto prepared pan. Bake 15-16 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely.

Combine cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract in medium bowl. Slowly add powdered sugar; beat until well combined. Spread over cooled cookie. Decorate as desired with fresh fruit.
Fruit Pizza Cookies
Divide dough into 12 (1 1/2-inch balls). With lightly floured hands, press each ball into 3 1/2-inch circle (about 1/4 inch thick) on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake 11-13 minutes or until just beginning to brown around edges. Cool completely before spreading each pizza with mounded tablespoon of frosting and your favorite fruits.
