Ingredients

1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

1 large onion, quartered

1 head garlic, cut in half horizontally

1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning, divided

1 1/2 pounds (about 1-inch diameter) small red potatoes

4 ears corn, each cut into thirds

1 (12- to 16-ounce) package andouille sausage or kielbasa, cut into 2-inch pieces

4 pounds (U21-U25) shrimp

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 lemons, cut into wedges

How to make

  1. STEP 1

Melt butter in microwave-safe bowl; keep warm.

  2. STEP 2

Combine 1 gallon water, onion, garlic and 1/3 cup Old Bay seasoning in 16-quart stockpot; bring to a low boil. Add potatoes; cook 10-12 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender. Add corn and sausage; cook 10 minutes. Add shrimp; cook 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through; drain stockpot, discarding onion and garlic.

  3. STEP 3
