8 ounces (2 cups) Land O Lakes® Shredded Mild Cheddar
16 ounces (2 cups) Hot water
How to make

STEP 1
Combine all ingredients in hotel pan; cover.

STEP 2
Heat in combi oven on full steam or in convection oven at 325°F until cheese shreds are fully melted and cheese sauce is smooth. IMPORTANT NOTE: Stir vigorously halfway through heating.
