How to make
-
STEP 1
Heat gas grill to 375°F (medium). Cut 4 (18x12-inch) sheets of heavy duty foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
-
STEP 2
Melt Garlic & Herb Butter Spread in medium microwave-safe bowl; stir in taco seasoning, salt and pepper. Add shrimp; toss to coat.
-
STEP 3
Combine onion and bell peppers. Divide evenly among foil packets. Top with seasoned shrimp. Bring up two long sides of foil so edges meet. Roll to seal with 1/2" fold, then fold in sides to seal completely.
-
STEP 4
Place packs onto grill; cover. Grill 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are softened and shrimp is opaque and cooked through. Use caution when opening packets to avoid burning hands with steam.
-
STEP 5
Serve with warm tortillas, shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, guacamole and lime wedges.
