Ingredients

10 large Land O Lakes® Eggs

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 recipe (about 2 1/3 cups) Pimento Cheese Dip

1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated hash brown potatoes

8 ounces (about 1 1/2 cups) ham, diced 1/2 inch

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine eggs, salt and pepper in large bowl; beat until well combined. Stir in pimento cheese dip until combined. Stir in potatoes and ham. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

  3. STEP 3

    Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
