Ingredients

2 (8-ounce) bags Land O Lakes® Sharp White & Medium Cheddar Cheese Cubes  

1 (16-ounce) jar sweet cherry peppers or peppadew peppers, drained

1 (10-ounce) jar pitted green olives, drained

1 (10-ounce) package cherry tomatoes

1 pound red grapes

8 ounces pepperoni

8 ounces salami

1 (1-ounce) package fresh rosemary

 *Substitute any variety of Land O Lakes® Cheese Cubes.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Wrap 18-inch Styrofoam cone in plastic wrap. Starting from bottom, working around cone, insert toothpick leaving about 3/4 inch of pick sticking out. Skewer pieces of cheese, meat and vegetables on picks, filling in space one row at a time. Fill in any remaining gaps with pieces of rosemary.

Tip #1

Measure the space in your refrigerator before starting this recipe. You may need to remove a shelf to store your Charcute-tree.

Tip #2

Stock up on toothpicks for this recipe–you'll need about 200.
