1 recipe Pimento Cheese Dip

5 (8-inch) flour tortillas

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Spread 1/2 cup pimento cheese dip evenly over 1 tortilla; roll up tightly. Wrap securely in plastic wrap. Repeat with remaining dip and tortillas. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

  2. STEP 2

    Just before serving, trim about 1/2 inch off each end; slice each roll into 6 pieces for 36 pinwheels total.

To make ahead, prep through step 1 up to three days ahead. Just before serving, slice into pinwheels.

Tip #2

Want both Pimento Cheese Pinwheels and Pimento Cheese Dip? Use 1 cup spread to make pinwheels (yields about 12) and keep the rest for spreading on everything!
