Ingredients
4 (4- to 6-ounce) skin-on salmon fillets, patted dry
1 12 teaspoons kosher salt, divided
12 teaspoon pepper, divided
3 cups (12 ounces) green beans, trimmed
14 cup thinly sliced red onion
14 cup Garden Herb Butter, melted
How to make
-
STEP 1
Arrange oven rack 5 to 6 inches from broiler. Heat broiler to High.
-
STEP 2
Season salmon with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; set aside.
-
STEP 3
Place green beans and red onion on foil-lined baking sheet. Season with remaining salt and pepper. Broil 5 minutes. Remove baking sheet from oven. Place salmon skin-side up in center of baking sheet, pushing vegetables to sides. Broil 6-8 minutes or until salmon skin is crisp and flesh flakes easily with fork. Remove from oven.
-
STEP 4
Flip salmon so flesh side is up. Spoon melted Garden Herb Butter over salmon and vegetables; toss vegetables gently to coat. Season with additional salt and pepper, if needed. Serve immediately.
Tip #1
Broiling the vegetables and fish “dry” intensifies flavor and helps speed up browning. Finishing with the compound butter keeps the herb flavors fresh and bright!
Tip #2
Extra Garden Herb Butter is delicious spread on bread, mixed in pasta or used to top grilled chicken kabobs.
