Grated Parmesan cheese
(4 tablespoons )
LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened
(2 teaspoons )
Dried basil leaves
(8 slices )
English muffin bread
(4 (3/4-ounce) slices )
Alpine Lace® Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese
(2 small )
Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
(4 (3/4-ounce) slices )
Alpine Lace® Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese


  1. PREPARE SPREAD: Combine Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons butter and basilleaves in small bowl. Set aside.
  2. ASEMBLE SANDWICHES: Spread 1 side of each bread slice with buttermixture. Layer 1 slice bread, butter mixture-side up, with 1 slice provolone cheese, 1/4 tomatoslices and 1 slice Cheddar cheese. Top with remaining bread slices, butter mixture-side down.Spread top and bottom of each sandwich with remaining butter.
  3. Grill sandwiches until cheese is melted and bread is toasted (6 to 8 minutes).
