Ingredients

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar

1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1 large Land O Lakes® Egg

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup English or almond toffee bits

 

Sugar, if desired

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine all ingredients except toffee bits in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Stir in toffee bits.

  3. STEP 3

    Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place, 2 inches, apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-11 minutes or until edges are very lightly browned. Sprinkle warm cookies with sugar, if desired.

Chocolate Chip Sugar Cookies

Substitute 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips for toffee bits.
