2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 pound ground meatloaf mixture

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil leaves

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic

8 crusty Italian rolls , split in half

8 thin slices Genoa salami

8 pieces roasted red pepper

1 1/2 cups lightly packed arugula
