Ingredients

2 cups
all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon
baking soda
1/2 teaspoon
baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
ground nutmeg
1 cup
sugar
1 cup
unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
2
large Land O Lakes® Eggs
3 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Half & Half
3/4 cup
chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 8x4-inch loaf pan or spray with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl. Set aside.
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients except pecans in another bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add flour mixture; beat at low speed until just moistened. Stir in pecans.
  4. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes in pan; remove from pan to cooling rack.
