Ingredients

1 pint blueberries

1 (6-ounce) container fresh raspberries

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream

1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Heat broiler.

  2. STEP 2

    Combine blueberries and raspberries in bowl. Add powdered sugar; gently toss to lightly coat.

  3. STEP 3

    Divide berry mixture among 6 (6-ounce) ungreased ovenproof custard cups or ramekins.

  4. STEP 4

    Whisk together sour cream and whipping cream in bowl. Spread about 3 tablespoons sour cream mixture onto each serving; sprinkle evenly with brown sugar.

  5. STEP 5

    Broil 4 inches from heat 2-3 minutes or until sugar is melted and caramelized.

Tip #1

- To make ahead, spoon berry mixture into dessert dishes; spread with sour cream mixture. Cover; refrigerate. Just before serving, sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Broil as directed above.
