Ingredients

1 pint
blueberries
1 (6-ounce) container
fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons
powdered sugar
1 cup
sour cream
1/4 cup
Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
1/3 cup
firmly packed brown sugar

Directions

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Combine blueberries and raspberries in bowl. Add powdered sugar; gently toss to lightly coat.
  3. Divide berry mixture among 6 (6-ounce) ungreased ovenproof custard cups or ramekins.
  4. Whisk together sour cream and whipping cream in bowl. Spread about 3 tablespoons sour cream mixture onto each serving; sprinkle evenly with brown sugar.
  5. Broil 4 inches from heat 2-3 minutes or until sugar is melted and caramelized.

Recipe Tips

To make ahead, spoon berry mixture into dessert dishes; spread with sour cream mixture. Cover; refrigerate. Just before serving, sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Broil as directed above.

Made this for dessert after Easter Dinner, since I had a guest on a Gluten free diet. It was a huge hit. Everyone liked it very much and so easy to make. I had it prepared ahead of time and when it was time to pop into the broiler I added the brown sugar. Two minutes later....dessert.
