Ingredients

4 (10-inch)
flour tortillas
2 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
8 slices (3/4-ounce)
Land O Lakes® Deli American
8 slices (3/4 cup)
bacon, crisply cooked, chopped
1 large (1 cup)
tomato, seeded, chopped
1 medium ( )
avocado, pitted, peeled, sliced

Directions

  1. Spread 1 side of each tortilla with 1 1/2 teaspoons softened butter.
  2. Place tortillas, buttered-side down, onto large cutting board. Place 2 slices cheese onto half of each tortilla. Top evenly with bacon, tomato and avocado. Fold each tortilla in half over filling.
  3. Heat 12-inch skillet over medium heat; place 2 quesadillas into skillet. Cook, turning once, 5-6 minutes or until golden brown on each side and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining quesadillas. Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges.

Found the recipe on the inside box of your Land O Lakes butter and they have become a favorite in our casa, have made them several time.

I made them for myself. However, I substituted the sliced cheese for shredded cheese.
