I've had this recipe in my "will try someday" binder for a couple of years. Finally got around to it this week and used an inherited cookie press from my aunt. The cookies were very yummy, my only issue was that they spread a little, so I need to make them smaller or maybe try it again reducing the butter. I loved the cinnamon flavor and the chocolate drop on top. I used Brach's Chocolate stars and they looked amazing and tasted great!
These were really good, but I found out if you sprinkle the bigger sugar crystals on them they were even better!
We took a favorite Christmas cookie - the Peanut Butter Blossom - and gave it a few new looks. These cookies aren't just for Christmas anymore - enjoy at any holiday!
