Ingredients

1 cup
all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/2 cup
sugar
1/2 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
3 ounces
cream cheese, softened
1
large Land O Lakes® Egg
1 teaspoon
freshly grated orange zest
1 teaspoon
vanilla
1 cup
semi-sweet real chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine flour and salt in bowl. Set aside.
  3. Combine sugar, butter, cream cheese, egg, orange zest and vanilla in another bowl. Beat at medium speed until mixture is creamy. Add flour mixture; beat at low speed until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes on cookie sheet; remove to cooling rack. Cool completely.

A lot of my friends and I are into the flavor of chocolate and orange mixed together. This had plenty of flavor of both though the next time I will just empty the bag of mini chips into the recipe, because I am not sure what to do with the rest of them.
