1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 large Land O Lakes® Egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8-inch square baking pan; set aside.
Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar; mix well. Cool 10 minutes. Stir in egg and vanilla. Add flour and salt; mix well. Stir in pecans.
Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 22-27 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
