A variety of tomatoes – red, yellow and orange – give this recipe lots of color and flavor. Serve with your favorite pasta.
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
4 (6-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup coarsely chopped red, yellow and/or orange tomatoes
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Heavy Whipping Cream
Fresh basil leaves, if desired
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; stir in garlic, salt and pepper. Add chicken breasts. Cook over medium-high heat, turning once, 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Add tomatoes, 1/4 cup basil and whipping cream. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes or until sauce is heated through.
Serve with pasta and garnish with basil leaves, if desired.

This chicken recipe was fantastic to eat and simple to make. I made 1 subsitution and used a can of diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano and added it when I added the cream.
