1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 slices English muffin bread

Combine half & half, eggs and vanilla in 9-inch pie plate; mix well. Dip 4 slices bread into mixture, turning to coat both sides.
Melt 2 tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet or griddle until sizzling; add 4 dipped bread slices. Cook, turning once, 4-6 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and 4 bread slices.
Serve warm with additional Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and maple syrup.
