8 ounces (2 1/3 cups) uncooked dried rotini
1 pound lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups Land O Lakes® Half & Half
16 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut into quarters
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons finely chopped pickle
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Cook ground beef in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat; drain excess fat. Set aside.
Combine half & half, cheese, ketchup and mustard in 3-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Stir in cooked pasta, ground beef mixture, pickle and onion; continue cooking 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
