Chicken & Cheese Noodle Skillet

Ingredients
1 12 cups uncooked dried rotini pasta
1 tablespoon Land O Lakes® Butter
12 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small (12 cup) onion , chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 12 cups small broccoli florets
12 medium (12 cup) red bell pepper , cut into thin strips
14 teaspoon salt
14 teaspoon pepper
13 cup milk
6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® White Deli American, quartered
How to make

STEP 1
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; keep warm.

Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; add chicken, onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, 12-15 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned.

Add broccoli, bell pepper, salt and pepper. Continue cooking 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender. Stir in milk and cheese. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir in cooked pasta.
Tip #1
You can use any medium sized pasta, like elbow macaroni or penne, in this cheesy chicken dish.
