Ingredients

Chicken Salad

1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/3 cup finely chopped celery

6 slices crisply cooked bacon, chopped

2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion

Toppings

16 grape tomatoes, sliced

8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut into quarters

1 cup shredded lettuce

Crackers

Multi-grain crispy pita crackers

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all chicken salad ingredients in bowl.

  2. STEP 2

    To assemble, place 1/4 cup shredded lettuce into large section of resealable plastic food container. Top with 1/2 cup chicken salad. Place 4 sliced grape tomatoes, 8 quarters cheese and crackers in small sections of container.

Tip #1

- Ingredients may be placed into baking cups in a resealable plastic food container, if you don’t have a sectioned food container. Anyway you pack it your kids will love assembling their lunch just the way they like it!

Tip #2

- This chicken salad is a great “grown-up” lunch too. Place the chicken salad over mixed greens for an entrée salad or place in a large tortilla for a delicious wrap.
