Ingredients

Malt

2 cups chocolate ice cream

3 to 4 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Fat Free Half & Half 

2 tablespoons chocolate malted milk powder

1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

Stir Ins

1 tablespoon of any of the following:

Mini semi sweet chocolate chips

Dry roasted chopped peanuts

Chopped homemade cookies

Chopped favorite candy bar

Malted milk balls, chopped

 

 *Substitute whipping cream.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine all malt ingredients in 5-cup blender container. Cover; blend until smooth.

  2. STEP 2

    Stir in any one or more of the stir-ins. Serve malt with spoons.

Tip #1

Create a malt “bar” by placing stir-ins in small serving dishes. Make one malt recipe at a time. Let guests help themselves to the stir-ins of their choice.
