I am updating my previous review. I used parchment paper as the tip said.(missed it before) They came out perfect.
These are really good! Maybe I did something wrong, they stuck to the foil and broke apart when I tried to remove the foil.
I followed directions.
I've made this recipe so many times, even adding cranberries to it on one iteration. They are ALWAYS enjoyed and raved about. Easy peasy!
I LOVE lemon bars, and normally recipes titled "easy" mean mediocre. This was definitely not the case for these lemon bars! They are very easy to make and turned out delish. The crust is perfectly crisp with the right crumble, and the top part is tart yet sweet with a strong lemon flavor. I served them cut up with a slice of fresh strawberry on top for a small get together with friends. They devoured the bars! Make them!
I made this for my son's grooms dinner and the entire group raved about how wonderful they were. I was happy to share they were not boxed mix but from Land O'Lakes recipe site.
