Ingredients

3 cups granola cereal

2 cups toasted oats cereal

1 cup sweetened dried cranberries

1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter

1 (10-ounce) package marshmallows

How to make

  1. STEP 1

Butter bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan.

  2. STEP 2

Combine cereals and cranberries in bowl. Set aside.

  3. STEP 3

Combine butter and marshmallows in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal mixture; stir until well mixed.

  4. STEP 4

Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Using buttered fingers, press evenly into pan. Cut into bars.

Tip #1

Use your favorite packaged granola or homemade granola. Other dried fruits can be used such as dried blueberries or cherries instead of dried cranberries.

Very good and easy to make. Better than store bought granola bars. After the marshmallow mixture was melted, I added a teaspoon of vanilla.
