Ingredients

1/2 cup
sour cream
4 ounces (1/2 cup)
reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup
chopped pitted ripe olives
1/4 cup
finely chopped red bell pepper
6 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons
sliced green onions, if desired
1 tablespoon
chopped mild green chiles, well-drained
3 (10-inch)
spinach-flavored flour tortillas
Salsa, if desired

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream and cream cheese in bowl. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth. Stir in all remaining ingredients except tortillas and salsa.
  2. Evenly divide cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Spread mixture to within 1/8 inch of edges and 1/2 inch on top edge. Roll each tortilla up tightly; wrap with plastic food wrap. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Trim ends; cut each tortilla into 1-inch pieces. Serve with salsa, if desired.

I had these chilling in the fridge, and was engaged in the evening party. My son came in from work, went straight to the fridge, pulled them out and said I want to try these mom, did you forget about them or saving them for something else. I commented that I had forgotten to plate them and after tasting he gave them a thumbs up, and came back for more.

Very easy & great to make the night before. I added a little zip to the recipe by putting in a dash of cayenne pepper and a drop or two of hot sauce.
