Ingredients

2 tablespoons
Land O Lakes® Butter
3/4 cup
crushed gingersnap cookies
1 tablespoon
sugar
2 cups
cut-up fruit (seedless grapes, mandarin orange segments, kiwifruit, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)

Directions

  1. Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan; stir in cookies and sugar.
  2. To serve, divide half of cookie mixture among 4 individual dessert dishes; top with fruit. Sprinkle with remaining cookie mixture.
