Ingredients

6 large
red potatoes
1/3 cup
Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt, melted
1 1/2 teaspoon
finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/4 teaspoon
coarse ground pepper
1/3 cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; cut each half into 4 wedges.
  3. Combine potatoes, butter with olive oil & sea salt, garlic, salt and pepper in bowl; toss to coat.
  4. Place potato mixture into 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes; turn potatoes. Sprinkle potatoes with Parmesan cheese; toss lightly. Continue baking 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
