1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 (about 2 cups) fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium (1 cup) red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium (1 cup) onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
6 (12-inch) wooden skewers, soaked in water
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated orange zest
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Thread meat, pineapple, red bell pepper and onion alternately onto skewers.
Combine butter, hoisin sauce and orange zest in bowl; stir until well mixed. Spread about 1/3 mixture onto 1 side of each skewer.
Place skewers onto grill, glaze-side up. Grill 2-4 minutes or until browned.
Turn skewers; brush grilled side with about 1/3 glaze. Continue grilling, turning often and brushing with glaze, 8-12 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness.
