Learn How it Works...
1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 (about 2 cups) fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium (1 cup) red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium (1 cup) onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
6 (12-inch) wooden skewers, soaked in water
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated orange zest
STEP 1
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
STEP 2
Thread beef, pineapple, bell pepper and onion alternately onto skewers.
STEP 3
Combine melted butter, hoisin sauce and orange zest in bowl; stir until well mixed. Spread about one-third mixture onto 1 side of each skewer.
STEP 4
Place skewers onto grill, glaze-side up. Grill 2-4 minutes or until browned.
STEP 5
Turn skewers; brush grilled side with about one-third of glaze. Continue grilling, turning often and brushing with glaze, 8-12 minutes or until beef reaches desired doneness.
