3 pounds russet potatoes, peeled
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, cut into chunks
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh garlic
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half, warmed
Cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Place into 4 quart saucepan; cover with cold water. Add salt; bring potatoes to a boil. Cook until potatoes are tender when pierced with fork.
Drain potatoes. Add butter, garlic and parsley; mash potatoes. Add half & half, continue to mash until potatoes reach desired consistency. Serve immediately.

Was looking for a recipe with these specific ingredients (fresh parsley and garlic) and came across this one. Easy and delicious! Will probably be our standard mashed potatoes recipe from now on :)
We used fresh parsley instead of dried and it was great.
I bought the Garlic & Herb Sautee Express on a whim yesterday specifically for mashed potatoes. I wasn't sure that it would work or really be appropriate as I've never used Sautee Express before. Glad to see that there's a recipe here for it. Excited to try it out tonight, although I'm be using small red potatoes and maybe I'll add some sour cream.
