5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Swiss Cheese, quartered
1/4 pound (about 1 cup) slice deli ham, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
1/4 cup sliced green onions
32 whole wheat crackers
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients except crackers in bowl.
Spread onto bottom of ungreased 8-inch ovenproof shallow dish or pie pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through and bubbly around edges.
Spread 1 tablespoon mixture on each cracker.
