I wanted a recipe that called for basil and chicken breasts since I had tons of basil in my garden and had bought chicken on sale in excess. The first time I made this I had made this for my small children and their friends. They all loved it and some went back for seconds! Unbelievable aroma throughout the house! Made it the following week since it was soooo good-this time my husband really enjoyed it,too!
Easy, aromatic, and delicious!!!
I have made this several times,it's moist and tender.I make a Caesar salad and slice the chicken breast and lay on top! Awesome !
Classic comfort food is what’s on the menu on a chilly winter night. When you’re craving something rich and satisfying, a little something buttery, cheesy, creamy or meaty will hit the spot.
