This is literally our "daily bread". It's a wonderful, no fail recipe.
I simply weigh my flour, and it comes out perfectly every time.
My 15 year old son and I made this bread and have been making it for about 6 weeks. We haven't had store bought bread since. Love it.
This is our house wheat bread recipe. Love this. I have had it turn out different each time depending on how much flour is added at the end of the recipe which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall, love it.
