Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) package
cream cheese, softened
1 to 2 tablespoons
prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon
Dijon-style mustard
4 8-inch
flour tortillas

fresh spinach leaves, stems removed
4 (1-ounce) slices
deli Italian roast beef or roast beef
4 (3/4-ounce) slices
Land O Lakes® Deli American

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese, horseradish and mustard in bowl; beat at medium speed until smooth. Spread about 1/4 cup cream cheese mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  2. Cut each cheese slice into 6 strips.
  3. Arrange 8 spinach leaves over cream cheese mixture. Place 1 slice roast beef over spinach; top with about 6 strips cheese. Roll each tortilla up tightly; wrap with plastic food wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Cut each tortilla into 1-inch slices. Discard ends, if desired.

Made these for a party, and they disappeared pretty fast! If I made them again, I'd probably up the horseradish a little bit, but they were pretty good.

I thought these were a little bland but my husband thought these were wonderful and I have to make again. I would add more horseradish and maybe do mayo instead of cream cheese. We also just used lettuce.

Roast Beef lovers loved it. I left out the spinach. I also grated the cheese and blended it with the cream cheese mixture. It made it easier to roll and you kept the taste but didn't loose the cheese. I also used 3 pieces of beef as it was very thin. Definitely a keeper!
