4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
Food color, if desired
STEP 1
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Tint with food color, if desired. Add additional half & half, 1 teaspoon at a time, to reach desired spreading consistency.
For a no-mess disposable pastry bag, spoon icing into a clean resealable plastic food bag. Seal; snip off corner. Decorate cake or cookies by squeezing frosting through hole.
