Ingredients

1 1/4 cups (3 1/2 ounces)
uncooked dried wagon wheel pasta
2 cups
cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup
sliced green onions
1/2 cup
Italian salad dressing
1/2 pound slice (1-inch thick)
Land O Lakes® Deli American, cubed 1/2 inch
2 ounces
sliced deli pepperoni, halved
1/2 teaspoon
dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon
coarse ground pepper

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Drain.
  2. Combine cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients in large serving bowl; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate 2-3 hours or until chilled.

I tripled this recipe for a bridal shower. Everyone enjoyed it emensely and many have asked for the recipe. I used provolone instead of the American cheese and added sliced, black olives. My local store carries packaged & sliced turkey pepperoni minis and they were perfect for this dish.

It's a great recipe! and very simple. i made it for my boyfriend and his parents and they loved it!

I took this to a church social and it was a big hit. I thought there would be a lot of left- overs but it was almost all eaten. I used more pepperoni than called for and monterey jack for the cheese. I used more dressing than called for.
